On this project we were contracted to undertake the following works:
Floors
  • Installation of damp proof membrane
  • PIR sheet insulation installed to ground floor
  • Perimeter insulation upstands to external walls 
  • Expansion strips to internal walls
  • slip membrane 
  • Fibre Reinforced sand and cement Floor Screeds
 
Walls
  • Installation of plasterboards on dot & dab drywall adhesive to all masonry walls
  • Installation of plasterboards mechanically fixed to timber studwork
  • Acoustic Insulation between studwork
  • Tilebacking boards installed to bathrooms
  • Multi finish skim plastering

Ceilings
  • PIR insulation between and over rafters
  • Acoustic Quilt Insulation between floors
  • plasterboard to form flat and sloped ceilings
  • loft quilt insulation to loft voids
  • Multi finish skim plastering
