On this project we were contracted to undertake the following works:
Floors
- Installation of acoustic decoupling insulation on first floor
- First Floor Fibre Reinforced sand and cement Floor Screeds
Walls
- Installation of plasterboards on dot & dab drywall adhesive to all masonry walls
- Installation of plasterboards mechanically fixed to timber studwork
- Acoustic Insulation between studwork
- Multi finish skim plastering
Ceilings
- Acoustic Quilt Insulation between floors
- plasterboard to form flat and sloped ceilings
- Multi finish skim plastering
Exterior
- Through colour external render system to selected plots
